Kip will teach a release based class that will play with the cause and effect of movements and how to create a relaxed efficiency whilst moving. Using clear places of initiation in the body and how to control the momentum that is created from these points. The class will be a mixture of structured improvisation, set material and most importantly playfulness. Come as you are, and find ways to be both porous and curious whilst dancing. Then take this feeling out, beyond and into your day.
