An immersion in Breathwork, Yoga & Sound

Join Lucy for breath led immersions in the candlelit setting of The Mount Without where we'll be exploring alerted states of being through breathwork, Kundalini Global Yoga and Sound.

In a practice of breath and posture we'll activate the energic body helping us to find deep presence and stillness. Breath is a powerful tool we can harness to soothe the nervous system, release stress and tension, and build our capacity to feel what is there to be felt .

When we combine breath and posture it allows us to quiet our minds .Some breaths will be energetic, some incredibly soft and gentle. Both can allow us to experience stillness.

Exploring centering and grounding.

Breathwork connects the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and helps build our capacity to feel what needs to be felt in any given moment. It is an invitation to return to our original life source medicine.

These ancient practices can significantly reduce anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviours, creating a profound sense of balance within the self. An ever-expanding body of research supports the benefits of breathwork, yoga and meditation in improving and maintaining overall mental and physical health.

  • Welcome to use a chair for the seated breathwork practice
