SEEKING BLISSFUL STATES WITH LUCY SPRAGGE

Exploring the anxious & addictive mind through breathwork , yoga & journaling

Join me for a transformative afternoon working with breath, posture and intention and learn tools to regulate the nervous system and find presence.

If you identify with feelings of overwhelm, stress, irritability, anxiety, or addictive behaviours, this workshop is for you. When we are overwhelmed by our feelings, or a difficult experience, our stress system engages and we can shift into a state of anxiety, triggering addictive behaviours in an attempt to manage how we feel.

These powerful tools can help us to regulate, move towards states of calm and greater freedom. The key is to recognise that you can change how you feel, that our feelings are not in our heads, but in our bodies. Yoga and breath can change our physical and emotional state, hormonal flow, and ultimately how we experience ourselves.
