Mondays, 6pm - 7.15, £9 per class or £80 for a block of 10.

Class will build on basic principles of contemporary movement vocabularies that develop in complexity each week.

Expect to explore co-ordination and form, patterns and sequences, musicality, quality and expression... Whilst developing strength, flexibility, confidence and connection to your own artistic capacity.

This is an open level class, though pace and dynamism will build over the course. Some experience of a movement practice is recommended.

Owen RD is a dance artist previously working with artists and companies including Danish Dance Theatre, PunchDrunk, TanzTheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, Cullberg, Trajal Harrel, Alexandra Bachzetsis, Holly Blakey and IMPERMANENCE amongst others.
