This is a powerful breathwork practice that uses a circular breathing pattern, guided by a carefully curated soundtrack. Whether you are brand new to breathwork or have practiced before, all are welcome.
What is breathwork?
There are many forms of breathwork. In this session, we'll be using a circular breathing pattern- a continuous inhale and exhale, flowing effortlessly through the nose or mouth.
