You are invited to a guided conscious connected breath held in a space that honours decolonised healing and embodied social justice. Come with curiosity, leave rested, liberated and with clarity.
Reclaim your breath and body with conscious connected breath in a time when we may have forgotten. Our day-to-day made us disconnect from ourselves, and together we remember our past, present and future by reclaiming what has always belonged to us.
A tea blend of mugwort, an herbal medicine native to the land and locally sourced lime flower and rose petals will be served, known to calm our nervous system, relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and stimulate dreams before we gently move into our practice.
We will then practise conscious connected breath, an active circular breathing technique that shifts brainwave activity to an altered state of consciousness that helps to reduce stress, release emotions, boost energy and mental clarity.
We believe that transformation happens in connection and have the space open for half an hour after the breathe to reflect and integrate. If you have friends, family, neighbours or colleagues that can benefit from this evening, please bring them with you.

About
We are a collective of breath workers and sound healing practitioners on a mission to reclaim our breath and body for liberation in a time where change is needed.
Our practise is decolonial, where we shift from individualistic supremacy ideas of self-care to one of collective care. We honour culture, purpose, people and land whilst addressing structural roots of trauma and inequality caused by systems of oppression such as capitalism, patriarchy and white supremacy culture that affects us all
