Sympathetically rebuilt following extensive fire damage, The Mount Without continues to be a gathering space. The Main Hall and The Crypt offer the perfect setting for a variety of performances and events.
The Mount Without is a shared home between resident dance company IMPERMANENCE & The Mount Without events.
The Mount Without events is solely dedicated to curating Private & Public Events, from art exhibitions, concerts, private soiree’s, weddings, music gigs, holistic and immersive experiences and IMPERMANENCE create a place for dance in Bristol, with a programme of cutting-edge productions, alongside being a training and rehearsal space for dancers…

‘SKY’ : SOLO EXHIBITION BY GABRIELLE RUFFLE
1st - 30th September
BIOG Gabrielle is originally from the North-West of England, having moved to Bristol to study Fine Art at UWE.
Her focus is on landscapes of favourite places especially views with large horizons, skies and city lights using mainly oils on canvas, but also chalk, graphite, felt tips and pencil.
Her landscapes are based on quick snapshots, with changing weather conditions and times of day as essential parts of the work.
The result is an image which reminds the viewer of the location – dreamlike and abstracted.
